You'll play a key role in supporting providers and delivering high-quality patient care across our clinical sites. From patient intake to assisting with procedures, you'll help ensure each visit runs smoothly and efficiently.
Serve as a central point of contact for patients, guiding them through interpreting test results, treatment plans, questions for the doctor, and follow-up care. Your ability to stay organized and patient-focused will help our patients feel at ease.
Act as a trusted resource for patients, helping schedule appointments, secure referrals, address concerns and navigate their care journey. Your role will be key in ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and connected to the care they need.
You'll ensure our IT systems run reliably, securely, and efficiently across all locations. From troubleshooting issues to implementing new solutions, your work will directly support staff productivity and operations.
You'll be the first face patients see, creating a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk. Managing check-ins, calls, and daily flow, you'll help keep the office running smoothly.
Own the day-to-day — You'll oversee operations, staff coordination, and performance across one or more Premium Health locations. We're looking for a decisive leader who can balance patient experience, staff morale, and operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
You'll support all aspects of the HR department, from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Partnering with leadership and staff, you'll help build a strong and positive workplace culture.
